from the first quote to the finished order, every step runs in one system built for Esisto
Where they started.
A textile business runs on many moving parts at once: quotes for each customer, orders, materials, production stages and the people doing the work.
When those live in separate tools, spreadsheets and messages, nobody sees the whole picture, and every question about an order means asking around.
Drawn first, then built.
The approach.
Map the whole flow
We followed how work really moves at Esisto, from a customer's first request to a finished order, before designing a single screen.
One system, every department
Production, quotes, customer management and employees became modules of the same ERP, sharing one set of data instead of copying it between tools.
Built for the shop floor too
Production steps are recorded where the work happens, so the office sees an order's real status without chasing it.
Esisto Design Studio's real screens and data are confidential under our agreement. These are illustrated recreations with invented data.
What changed.
- Productionplanned and followed stage by stage, from the first cut to the finished order
- Quotesprepared, sent and tracked for every customer in the same place
- Peopleemployees, roles and their work managed alongside customers and orders
Since 2022, Esisto has run its business on a single ERP that covers production end to end, quotes, customers and employees. Questions that used to take a round of calls, such as where an order is, what was quoted or who is working on it, are now answered on one screen, and the team spends its time on the work rather than on tracking it.
