What we collect on voyira.com, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. In short: only what you type into our form, no cookies, no tracking.

01Who we are

voyira.com is run by VOYIRA LLC, 30 N Gould St # 70150, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Voyira", "we"). We are responsible for the personal data described here (the "controller" under the GDPR and the "data controller" under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, KVKK).

For anything about your data, write to hello@voyira.com or call +90 533 649 20 84.

02What we collect

We only collect what you give us, and a few technical details needed to run the site safely.

  • When you fill in the project form: your name, company, email address, the service you need, what it should solve, your timeline and budget range, the language of the page and which page you sent it from.
  • When you email or call us: what you choose to tell us.
  • When you send the form: your IP address, held in memory for up to 10 minutes to stop automated spam (at most five sends in ten minutes). It is not written to a database or a log.

03What we do not collect

voyira.com sets no cookies. We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Visitor statistics come from wholestory.world, a cookieless analytics tool we built. It counts visits without cookies, without storing IP addresses and without identifying anyone; a visitor can only be recognised for one day, through a hash that is discarded daily.

04What your browser stores

Two small entries stay on your own device. They are never sent to us and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

  • voyira-lang (local storage): the language you chose, so we don't suggest another one again.
  • A note for this tab (session storage) that you have already seen the opening animation. It disappears when you close the tab.

05Why we use your data, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal: steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)).
  • To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message, and to notify our team: the same basis.
  • To keep the form and the site secure and free of spam: our legitimate interest in protecting our services (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
  • To keep records required by law if we start working together: legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç)).

06Who receives it

Only the Voyira team handles your enquiry. To run the site we use service providers that process data on our behalf and under our instructions: our server hosting provider and our email provider, which delivers the confirmation and the notice to our team. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

07International transfers

Voyira is a US company and our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and for transfers from Turkey on the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

08How long we keep it

We keep form enquiries and related emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can follow up on the conversation. If we start a project together, project correspondence is kept for as long as the contract and the law require. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised. IP addresses used for rate limiting are forgotten within 10 minutes.

09Your rights

You can ask us at any time to do the following. Write to hello@voyira.com; we answer within 30 days.

  • Tell you whether we hold data about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct data that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Delete your data, or restrict how we use it.
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
  • Send your data to you or to another company in a usable format.
  • Under the KVKK, you also have the rights in Article 11, including learning the purpose of processing, the recipients of transfers, and asking for compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

10Complaints

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to your local data protection authority: in the EU, the authority of the country where you live or work; in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).

11Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on servers with restricted, logged access. Only the people who answer enquiries can read them.

12Children

voyira.com is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

13Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes affecting people who have contacted us, we will let them know by email.
