01 · The problem

Where they started.

Yatım Yolda moves luxury yachts by road for owners all over the world. The cargo is worth a fortune and means a great deal to the people who own it, so every journey comes with the same question: where is my yacht right now?

Answers depended on phone calls. Drivers were reached one by one, the office pieced the picture together by hand, and the owner of the company had no single place to see where every truck was.

03 · How we built it

The approach.

  1. Live tracking for owners

    Each owner gets a private view of their yacht's journey: where it is right now, the route behind it and what comes next, live.

  2. Cameras on the journey

    Owners can look at their yacht through the cameras on the truck whenever they want, so they see the cargo itself, not only its position.

  3. One channel for the drivers

    Drivers and the office talk in one place built for the job, tied to each transport, so nothing gets lost across phones and messaging apps.

  4. The whole fleet on one screen

    The owner of the company sees every truck, its load and its driver on one live map, from anywhere, at any time.

Since 2022, Yatım Yolda has run every transport from one live system. Owners follow and watch their yachts themselves instead of calling to ask, drivers and the office stay in touch in one place, and the owner of the company sees the whole operation at a glance. Customer satisfaction has grown more than tenfold, and the quality of the service has brought in close to twice as many yachts to move.
